What is this error?
The "ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED" error in Google Chrome indicates that your network connection has changed while the browser was attempting to load a webpage. This can occur for various reasons, such as changes in your IP address, network configuration issues, or interference from other applications.
How to Fix It
- Restart Your Device: Rebooting your computer or device can resolve temporary issues that may be causing the error.
- Restart Your Router: Unplug your router, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. This may restore your internet connection and clear any configuration issues.
- Check Your Network Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the correct network and that there are no issues with network availability.
- Disable Any VPN or Proxy: If you're using a VPN or proxy service, disable it temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.

- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- ipconfig /flushdns
- netsh int ip reset
- netsh winsock reset
- Update Network Drivers: Check for updates to your network drivers through the Device Manager and install any available updates.
