How to Fix It

  1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure your Nintendo Switch is connected to the internet. Go to System Settings > Internet > Test Connection to confirm your connection status.
  2. Restart Your Console: Power off your Nintendo Switch completely by holding the power button, then select Power Options > Turn Off. After the console shuts down, turn it back on.
  3. Update System Software: Check for any available system updates. Navigate to System Settings > System > System Update and follow any prompts to ensure your software is current.
