How to Fix It

  1. Clear Cache and Data of Google Play Store:
    • Go to Settings.
    • Select Apps & notifications.
    • Tap on Google Play Store.
    • Choose Storage & cache.
    • Hit Clear Cache and then Clear Data.

    • Return to Apps & notifications.
