How to Fix It
- Clear Google Play Store Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store. Select Storage and then tap on Clear Cache.
- Clear Google Play Store Data: In the same Storage menu, tap on Clear Data. This will reset the app and may remove any issues causing Error 921.
- Clear Google Services Framework Cache: Navigate back to Apps, find Google Services Framework, and repeat the process by clearing both cache and data.
- Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network. Poor connectivity can also lead to this error.
