How to Fix It

  1. Restart Your Device: Begin by restarting your Android device to eliminate temporary glitches that may be causing the error.
  2. Clear Cache and Data of Google Play Store: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store. Tap on Storage, then select Clear Cache followed by Clear Data.
  3. Clear Cache and Data of Google Play Services: Repeat the process for Google Play Services in the same Apps menu.
  4. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or mobile data. If possible, switch between connections to determine if the issue is network-related.
