How to Fix It
- Check PSN Status: Visit the official PlayStation Network status page to verify if the service is experiencing outages or maintenance.
- Test your Internet Connection: Go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection on your PS5 to see if your console is connected to the internet. Ensure you have a stable connection.
